I know a lot of you are thinking 'Little Bold Dress'? Yep, rather than writing about your typical Little Black Dress this post is all about the Bold Dress... Matalan are all about the big, bold & beautiful Dresses this Summer & I couldn't be more excited!
As Wedding season is coming up & Summer is here (kind of) I thought I would put together a whole outfit that I would wear to a Wedding, & how you can switch it up if you want to be more casual! I love pastels, they are my favourite colour combination when it comes to Clothing in the Spring/Summer... I just think they look really fresh. Matalan have tonnes of gorgeous Pastel pieces for this season!
So with this outfit I decided to change things up & go for a few different colours, when it comes to pastels I always think you can get away with mixing them together, it just looks good, or even if you wanted to add a darker Jacket & still have lighter Shoes it would still look great.
How to make the outfit more Casual... This Dress is so versatile, you can make it as casual as you want! I would wear it to town for a shopping trip, going out for Lunch, or Dinner in the evening with my Fiancé or friends... So you could keep the Jacket on, & just change the Shoes! It would look lovely with some flat Sandals, or if you wanted to be on trend with the Dress & Trainer look you could even wear it with some Converse or Vans, & if you wanted to change the top half, it would look really cool teamed with a Leather Jacket & some ankle Boots to be more edgy! You could even wear this Dress for a night out with the Girls too, just take off the Jacket & keep the same Heels on... These Heels are gorgeous, they're so flattering as they elongate the leg & I love the strappy detail.
